1. Bookcabonline.co.uk is trading name of Cambridge Cars E2 Ltd, the registered office is at 353 Cambridge heath road, London, E2 9RA. Our company number is 7241500. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any booking, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations and you will be bound by us. These booking conditions cover all bookings made throughunited Minicab Services Ltd, including bookings made on the www.bowcars.co.uk & www.mybritishairporttransfers.com and all other company owned and run websites.
2. Prices are base on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time.
3. All fares Quoted are for point to point and any diversions stop over will be charged at £5 with fare quoted.
4. All Cash fares are paid to the driver in Great Britain Pound (£) at the end of the your journey.
5. Credit card payments should be made at the time of booking unless passenger orted cash payment mode or booking via telephone.
6. All Credit or Debit card payments made will incur and extra charge of 5% for processing and bookings.
7. All baby seat and booster seats are subject to charge £3 each.
8. Our saloon & estate car cars are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers only.
9. Our MPVs (many people carrier) are insured for maximum of 6 passengers only.
10. MPV+ are insured for only 7 passengers only
11. Minibuses are insured only 8 passengers only.
12. Normal luggage assumes that 1 medium size of suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage {56cm (h), 45cm( w), 25cm (D)} (approximately 22 inchesx17.5 inches x9.85 inches). Per person, any luggage that our private hire vehicles cannot accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger.
13. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger and our services if their luggages are extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.
14. Generally passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggages.
15. Any fouling of the private hire vehicle by any passenger will result in a charge of a minimum of £25 dependent upon the severity of the fouling.
16. United minicab services ltd will prosecute any person who causes damage to any private hire vehicle booked through us.
17. There are seasonal 50% surcharges on our prices on specific dates only these are 24th to 26th of December and 1st of January of every year.
18. All payments can be made in cash or debit/credit card. In the case of the card payments, your car will be charged before or on the of the journey. In the event of cash booking you may pay the driver cash (GBP) at the end of your journey, or maybe charged for instances of cancellation or no show.
19. All the airports pick up; customers are liable for the airport car park charges. Driver will be at the pickup point at the time of the bookings. After an hour of it will be included the waiting charge 25p per minutes on top of the Airports car park charge.
20. United Minicab Services Ltd shall not be deemed responsible if the passenger does not reach their destination for following reasons:
Ø Act of nature, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
Ø Act, restrictions, regulations, bylaws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority.
Ø Traffic accidents, traffic hold ups, traffic congestion, diversions, strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the service provider or of a third party)
Ø Flight delays and/ or flight cancellations.
Ø Power failure or breakdown in the machinery including computer and email systems networks and our website or booking system.
Cancellation
Ø United Minicab Services ltd will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a £7 administration charge. All cancellations must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.
Ø If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation e-mail from United Minicab Services ltd then united minicab services have not received any cancellation request from passengers. In this case please call our out of hours number which is 02077293355 we open 24/7.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Ø No refund will be made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
Ø No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice provided or afterwards.
Ø All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with united minicab services ltd customer services.
Ø Please note that some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
